New Research Paper with Lead Author, Dr. Chris Duffin Now Published

Our Research Paper "Hybodus hauffianus Fraas, 1895 from the Toarcian (Early Jurassic) of

Dormettingen, SW Germany” Was published today with Lead Author Chris Duffin.

The Lauer Foundation and lead author Dr. Christopher Duffin published a paper on a shark from Germany, Hybodus hauffianus. The unique aspect of the paper is that the specimen preserved the shark’s teeth in many different views because the specimen is disarticulated. It is also one of the first specimens from this particular location. The paper was published in the journal Neus Jahrbuch für Geologie und Paläontologie. A copy is available upon request. Please email Bruce Lauer, Bruce@Lauerfoundationpse.org.
